Music is the universal language for all to share and communicate. Toney is a BMI songwriter and publisher and considers songwriting his most crucial music function. Music has always been a big part of Toney's life.  One of his earliest musical memories is at age from five or six, when he was singing on the radio and performing at various club meetings and events in his hometown, Logan, WV. He played in bands for decades and was pleased to perform on the same stage with a few famous recording stars.
